"These actors- they have sense memory at their fingertips- have a lot of tools for going deep. Their characters tend to be three dimensional very quickly. Mike Turner, who plays Matt, is a really good example of that. Even now that we’ve already mounted the production and we’re getting ready to remount, he’s still finding greater depth for his character. He’s still finding the spine of his character in an even deeper way..."
- Laura Savia, Associate Artistic Director of Williamstown Theater Festival
"...Turner plays the paternalistic father figure well, balancing gentle kindness with some sinister judgment and an undercurrent of sexual magnetism, but never veering into caricature."
-Theatre Is Easy review of "JOY", part of the 1st Annual New York Fridge Festival
